A report on the New York Rangers superstar winger emerges from Gazet Novgorod that the Russian native fired a weapon in an undesignated zone.
According to a report from Gazet Novgorad, and shared through a tweet chain by "Hockey News Hub", Artemi Panarin fired a weapon in a non-designated area on July 6th, 2023.
The firearm was confiscated, and the Russian native received a fine for his actions.
In the translated report it states that Panarin fired "several shots" and it was his "first offense."
