Adam Fox skated in his 300th career NHL game in the team's 4-0 loss to the Washington Capitals on Sunday.
He became the 13th defender in NHL history with at least 250 points through his 300th career game. His 212 assists are the 6th most through the first 300 games of an NHL defenseman's career.
The all-star defender skated for the Harvard Crimson Men's Ice Hockey team from 2016-2019 and made the New York Rangers 2019-2020 roster out of training camp.
He took home the Norris Trophy in 2021 and became the second defender in NHL history to win the award in his second NHL season. The only other defender in history to do the same was Bobby Orr in 1968.
He is the first Ranger rearguard to take home the Norris in 26 years. The last to do so was Brian Leetch in 1997.
Fox is skating in his 6th NHL season this year at 25 years old. He recovered successfully from an injury he sustained on November 2nd, the first long-term injury of his entire hockey career.
