Artemi Panarin did not play on Sunday night against the Blues due to an upper-body injury.

Artemi Panarin was ruled out right before the start of the New York Rangers’ game against the St. Louis Blues with an upper-body injury.

Panarin played on Saturday afternoon and it’s unclear when he exactly sustained this upper-body injury.

The veteran forward dealt with a lower-body injury during the preseason, but has been healthy as far as we know through the start of this season.

While Panarin traveled with the team, he did not play in Sunday’s game.

The 33-year-old has recorded 15 goals, 21 assists and 36 points in 29 games while averaging 19:36 minutes.
