In order to keep his identity hidden, Brady Tkachuk blended in with the crowd at Madison Square Garden to support his brother for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final.

For Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Final this past season, Madison Square Garden was filled with energetic Rangers fans and one Matthew Tkachuk supporter who remained hidden.

Brady Tkachuk, Ottawa Senators captain and Matthew’s brother, came to support his older sibling and the Florida Panthers.

His presence remained a mystery as he intended it to.

“Snuck in, he was like a weekend at Bernie’s disguising at a game for me in New York for Game 5,” Matthew said. “I knew he was coming, but it’s MSG. Brady wanted to be low profile, he didn’t want anybody to know or whatever. Who does that? He is such a great kid for doing that.”

The Panthers ultimately went on to win Game 5, the series and the Stanley Cup.

The Tkachuk family is very well known amongst the NHL community as Keith Tkachuk was a top-notch goalscorer back in the day while Matthew and Brady are both making a name for themselves in the league.

It’s pretty rare to see a lethal brother combo the likes of Matthew and Brady who both have unique personalities and are great offensive talents.

The two Tkachuks will certainly be competing with the Rangers in the Eastern Conference for years to come.
