Former Ranger, Patrick Kane returned to Chicago for the first time since playing for the Blackhawks tonight. It was an epic return to say the least.
Former New York Ranger and current Detroit Red Wing, Patrick Kane returned to Chicago tonight to face the Blackhawks for the first time since departing the franchise. He was greeted with an enormous ovation when he was honored with a video tribute during a TV time out.
Then, like only Showtime can do he scored the winner in overtime.
Kane, who is now averaging more than a point a game, is heating up as the Red Wings chase the playoffs. They currently own the first wildcard position in the Eastern conference.
