K’Andre Miller left the Rangers' Wednesday night game against the Sabres with an apparent upper-body injury.
K’Andre Miller went down with an upper-body injury during the New York Rangers’ 3-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old defenseman played through the first two periods, but did not appear at all during the final 20 minutes of the game, leading to some questions on his status.
Peter Laviolette did not provide any specifics on Miller’s injury following the game.
The root of this injury could have been caused by a hit from Jordan Greenway, although it’s unclear if that play led to his exit.
Through 28 games, Miller has recorded two goals, four assists and six points while averaging 21:21 minutes.
