The New York Rangers are entering this upcoming campaign with the hope of turning things back around after their poor 2024-25 season. For this to occur, they are going to need their top players to play at their highest levels. Vincent Trocheck is undoubtedly one notable player who the Blueshirts will be relying on this season.

When playing at his best, Trocheck is easily one of the Rangers' best players. In 82 games this past season, the 5-foot-11 forward recorded 26 goals, 33 assists, and 59 points. This was after he scored 25 goals and set career highs with 52 assists and 77 points in 82 contests during his All-Star campaign in 2023-24. Thus, he certainly has the ability to be a real difference-maker for the Rangers, and he will be looking to be just that for them in 2025-26 because of it.

Due to his strong play throughout his career, Trocheck is nearing an impressive milestone as we enter the new season. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native needs only 22 more points to record the 600th point of his NHL career.

If Trocheck stays healthy this campaign, he should have zero trouble recording his 600th career NHL point during the 2025-26 season. It will be interesting to see how quickly he can hit this new milestone from here.
