Former Ranger Sean Avery took to the coach's clicker on Instagram to show how dominant the Rangers can be.

Former New York Ranger, Sean Avery Took to Instagram on Sunday night to help illustrate how the Rangers have vaulted to the top of the NHL this season.
Avery, who has created "stories" on Instagram during games previously, has been fairly insightful throughout the past few postseasons – – particularly following the Tampa Bay Lightning and Nikita Kucherov closely.
Now, it seems Avery has jumped on the Rangers "wagon" and is breaking down plays -- rather insightfully.
Here, he marvels at the Blueshirts' ability to move the puck out of the defensive zone, fire "crispy passes" and then go to work in the offensive zone, and eventually obtain a power-play.
(Sound up, and enlarge the video -- it's worth it!)
Not to mention the skill. He highlights defenseman Adam Fox's subtle skill which creates time and space for the other four skaters on the ice.
Then the cycle -- to perfection.
In a separate post, Avery also takes us inside the glass, showing why Artemi Panarin is truly world-class; but that's for next time on the "Avery Rules."
In Avery's time with the Rangers he played 264 games while scoring 45 goals, registering 78 assists for 123 points and was a plus-19 with seven game winning goals.
Avery is living in Los Angeles pursuing an acting career. He has appeared in roles in Christopher Nolan movies, "Tenet" and last year's blockbuster, "Oppenheimer."
