4. Igor Shesterkin is at the top of his game; super motivated and super rich!
5. Coach Pistol Pete Laviolette has crafted an intimidating four line with Matt Rempe, Adam Egstrom and Sam Carrick fitting together like perfectly-meshed gears.
6. K'Andre Miller has found his A game. Ditto Adam Fox
7. With all his problems, Mika Zibanejad will be more of an asset than a debit in the stretch.
8. There's harmony in the room. J.T. Miller would disturb – rather than enhance – the positive vibes.
9. Like last season, Alexis Lafreniere will come on strong as the games get more important.
10. Filip Chytil is at the very top of his game.
