Artemi Panarin is showing off his impressive skills during the offseason.

Jaws may drop and double-takes may be in order next season if Artemi Panarin does what he did the other night in Russia when an NHL All-Star team played the KHL aces.

The Rangers scoring ace actually pulled off a breakaway in which he did a brand new version of "The Michigan during an 8-8 tie.

Mind you, this was not a behind-the-net Michigan that now is occasionally in vogue.

On the breakaway – as he approached the net – The Breadman pucked up the puck with the blade of his stick; then flung the puck at the net as he swung around.

The shot would have been a legal goal since Bread's stick was at a proper level but the shot went wide while the crowd couldn't believe what it was seeing.

Frankly, The Mavern would not be surprised if Artemi pulls off his new trick at The Garden. At least I hope he does so that my jaw can drop as jaws did when he did it in Russia!
