Peter Laviolette confirmed that both Filip Chytil and Chris Kreider will return from their respective upper-body injuries on Saturday afternoon to take on the Montreal Canadiens. Chytil collided with K’Andre Miller in a game on Nov. 14 against the San Jose Sharks as he has been sidelined ever since. Chytil was originally being evaluated for a concussion, but it was quickly determined that he did not have a concussion and he was listed as day-to-day. Meanwhile, Kreider has missed the past three games with an upper-body injury that remained a mystery for a while.
