Beating one of the lowest-scoring teams in NHL history by a single goal as the New Yorkers did on Thursday may not seem like a big deal; because it isn't, other than two cheap points. Not with Seattle next (on Sunday), Vancouver, Calgary and Connor McDavid on the Western calendar. Now for the good news. Mika Zibanejad is alive. Having read some scary, silly reports in the last couple of days about Marvelous Mika having "mental" issues, you might have thought he was on an express track to a looney bin. He's battling "demons," according to one report and -- if that's as serious as it sounds – I'm sure that either Rangers or NHL sources will be sure to address the problem. What problem? Z scored a big goal; made a non-demon headline with the NHL.com scoring against the Sharks. Then, he said that he couldn't wait to go home and celebrate with his family.
