
The Ottawa Senators have unveiled their 2023 rookie camp roster which begins tomorrow (September 14th) at Canadian Tire Centre. The Senators have invited 29 players to camp this year, including three goalies, 10 defencemen and 16 forwards.
Ridly Greig (28th, 2020), Tyler Boucher (10th, 2021), Tyler Kleven (44th, 2020), and Leevi Merilainen (71st, 2020) are the cream of Ottawa's crop. All four of them saw NHL action last season. In all, there are 10 Senator draft picks on the roster.

Goaltenders: Collin MacKenzie (Ottawa - OHL), Leevi Merilainen (Karpat - SM-lliga, Belleville - AHL, Ottawa - NHL), Charlie Schenkel (Sault Ste. Marie - OHL).

The group will head for Buffalo on Friday for the Sabres' Annual Prospects Challenge at LECOM Harborcenter. It’s the eighth edition of the tournament and features the Sens and Sabres, the Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, New Jersey Devils, and Pittsburgh Penguins. Each team will play three games.

Friday, Sept. 15: Ottawa vs. New Jersey, 12 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 16: Ottawa vs. Pittsburgh, 12 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 18: Montreal vs. Ottawa, 1:30 p.m.
While there's no TV coverage, the Devils and Penguins websites both confirm they will be streaming their team's games.
A handful of these prospects will receive an invite to main camp which starts on September 21st. The first preseason game is set for Sunday, September 24th at 2pm as the Senators host the Leafs.
