Dan Vladar has been a strong addition to the Flyers' roster this season and has now gotten some big praise for it.

During this past off-season, the Philadelphia Flyers signed goaltender Dan Vladar to a two-year, $6.7 million contract. This was after he had a 12-11-6 record, a .898 save percentage, and a 2.80 goals-against average in 30 games last season with the Calgary Flames.

The Flyers' decision to bring in Vladar has undoubtedly been paying off, as he has been excellent this season for the Metropolitan Division club. Because of this, he has now gotten some big praise.

In a recent article for The Athletic, Jesse Granger ranked the NHL's top five consistent goalies this season, and Vladar was given the No. 2 spot.

When looking at how well Vladar has played this season for the Flyers, it is easy to understand why he is getting this kind of praise. In 43 games this season with Philadelphia, he has a 23-11-7 record, a 2.41 goals-against average, and a .908 save percentage. With this, there is no question that he has been making a positive impact this campaign with the Flyers.

It will now be interesting to see how Vladar finishes off the season from here. He is showing no signs of slowing down, as he has had a .913 save percentage or better in each of his last four appearances.
