After a brief call-up, this Flyers prospect is heading back to the AHL.

As Denver Barkey heads back to the London Knights after spending the last couple of months watching the Philadelphia Flyers' training camp from the sidelines, he reflects on his recovery from illness and coming back a stronger player than before.

The Philadelphia Flyers have announced that forward Olle Lycksell has been re-assigned to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.

Lycksell, 25, was recalled by the Flyers before their Dec. 21 contest against the Columbus Blue Jackets. He played in the game, too, posting three shots in 10:58 time of ice. Now, he will head right back to the AHL.

Lycksell will look to stay hot, as he played marvelous hockey with the Phantoms before being recalled by the Flyers. He has four goals and eight points in his last four games with the AHL squad. He also had a hat trick and an assist in the Phantoms' last contest against the Toronto Marlies on Dec. 20.
