The Flyers have signed another one of their forward prospects.

The Philadelphia Flyers have made a move, as they have signed forward Alex Ciernik to a three-year entry-level contract, which will begin during the 2026-27 season. 

Ciernik was selected by the Flyers with the 120th overall pick of the 2023 NHL Entry Draft. Now, with this entry-level deal, he is set to play in North America next season. 

Ciernik appeared in 19 games this season with for Pelicans of the Liiga, where he had one goal and three points. He also had two goals and five points in 21 games for the Nybro Vikings this season. This is after he had 11 goals and 23 points with the Vikings during this past season. 

Ciernik also played in three games for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in 2024-25, where he recorded one assist. 

Ciernik will certainly be a prospect to watch with the Flyers from here after landing this entry-level deal.
