The Flyers' locker room will look very different this season.

The Philadelphia Flyers' roster isn't the only thing getting a complete remodel. The locker room at Wells Fargo Center is as well.

Monday, the day before their home opener against the Vancouver Canucks, the Flyers unveiled a completely reconstructed locker room with upgraded player amenities.

The new locker room features an oval-shaped layout — a departure from the old rectangular design — with a 110-inch multi-purpose television screen, updated lighting, stalls that include individualized air ventilation systems and an entryway honoring Flyers founder Ed Snider. At the center of it all is an enormous, 400-pound illuminated Flyers logo mounted on the ceiling.

Along with the locker room, the Flyers also upgraded the players’ lounge, coaches' suite, medical facilities and athletic training room.

"Our players were blown away and our entire organization is going to benefit so much from these investments," Flyers president of hockey operations Keith Jones said in a statement released by the team. "We have training facilities, medical facilities, video technology to breakdown game tape, and great new spaces for players and their families before and after games. This is what a modern, first-class facility looks like."

This is just the latest of a myriad of renovations Wells Fargo Center has undergone in recent years. The building will also be completing a host of external renovations by the end of the year, including the addition of three LED boards and the installation of 1,000 feet of strut lighting that can change color to represent the Flyers and 76ers.
