According to NHL insider Frank Seravalli, the Flyers have had trade discussions with the Kings.

As Denver Barkey heads back to the London Knights after spending the last couple of months watching the Philadelphia Flyers' training camp from the sidelines, he reflects on his recovery from illness and coming back a stronger player than before.

The Philadelphia Flyers have been talked about often in the rumor mill this season. It is understandable, as they are rebuilding and have several potential trade candidates

In a recent episode of The DFO Rundown, NHL insider Frank Seravalli revealed that the Flyers have had trade discussions with the Los Angeles Kings. In addition, he mentioned players like Morgan Frost, Joel Farabee, Scott Laughton, and Bobby Brink as possible targets.

Here is what Seravalli said on the matter:

"I don't think it's dead, but I do think (the Kings) talked to the Flyers about some of the forwards that they have... I don't think it's imminent. I'm not saying Konecny. I don't think they're trading Konecny... No, I think there's a whole group of guys that teams have been calling about. Frost, Farabee, Scott Laughton, Bobby Brink. The one guy that they're not willing to entertain a conversation on is Tyson Foerster."

At this juncture of the season, the Kings have an 18-9-3 and have won eight out of their last 10 games. Thus, it is understandable that they are looking to add to their roster. It will be fascinating to see if these talks between the Flyers and Kings result in a trade coming to fruition from here.
