The Philadelphia Flyers are coming off a 5-2 win against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sunday. They improved their record to 10-7-1.

Their next game will be tomorrow against the 6-6-5 New York Islanders. When the puck drops for that game, they will have some fresh legs with them.
Marc Staal has been activated off of injured reserve. The 36-year old defenseman hasn't played since October 19th, just over one month ago.
Staal has only played in four games this season. He has spent the majority of his ice time paired up with Sean Walker.

He will be a welcome addition for the next game as the Flyers will look to extend their winning streak to six games. The game will start at 7:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
