The restructuring of the Flyers' front office may not be finished, according to president of hockey operations Keith Jones.

The Philadelphia Flyers have made sweeping changes throughout the organization over the last few months.
Since the firing of Chuck Fletcher in March, Danny Briere has taken on the full-time general manager role while Keith Jones was hired to become the franchise’s new president of hockey operations.
The Flyers made even more changes last week, promoting Alyn McCauley, Riley Armstrong, and Nick Schultz to new roles within the organization and parting ways with Mike O’Connell, John Riley, and Kjell Samuelsson.
According to Jones, the Flyers may not be done restructuring the front office.
While speaking on The Jeff Marek Show on Monday, Jones claimed more hirings are on the horizon.
“There is more to come. We’re not done yet,” said Jones. “We want to make sure that our players are well taken care of and that, in the end, they take care of us, that they love playing for us, and they love the people that work for us, so that’s kind of where that starts.
“We are in the business of making the entire Flyers organization better, and in doing that, we think it’s gonna help our hockey team, our product on the ice.”
In April, all five members of the Flyers’ new “triumvirate of leadership” met with the media, together, for the first time. Briere, Jones, head coach John Tortorella, president and CEO of Spectacor Sports & Entertainment Valerie Camillo, and Comcast Spectacor CEO Dan Hilferty will each play an integral role in the new era of Flyers hockey as the organization looks to adopt more of a collaborative approach moving forward.
That new collaborative culture is what they believe will help the Flyers once again become a hockey paragon.
"A lot of the messaging that would come back to me was that people felt like this wasn't a great place to be. Whether it was on — whatever side of the building you were on,” said Jones after his introductory press conference.
“I want to make sure our people, our teammates, are feeling great about what they're doing. I want them to work together, and I want everybody to come together, and that's gonna feel great when it happens."
