Former Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Louis Domingue is taking his talents overseas. 

Italy's HC Bolzano of the ICEHL has announced that they have signed Domingue. 

Domingue heading to Italy comes after he split last season between the KHL and the AHL. In 11 games with Sibir Novosibirsk of the KHL, the former Penguins goalie had a 0-9-2 record, an .892 save percentage, and a 3.83 goals-against average. In the AHL with the Charlotte Checkers in 2025-26, he had a 9-4-0 record, an .896 save percentage, and a 2.21 goals-against average. 

Domingue spent the 2021-22 season as a member of the Penguins organization. He spent the bulk of the season in the AHL with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, where he had a 10-9-2 record, a 2.41 goals-against average, and a .924 save percentage.

Domingue also played in two games for Pittsburgh in 2021-22, posting a 1-1-0 record, a .952 save percentage, and a 2.02 goals-against average. 

In 144 career NHL games over 10 seasons split between the Arizona Coyotes, Tampa Bay Lightning, New Jersey Devils, Vancouver Canucks, Calgary Flames, Penguins, and New York Rangers, Domingue had a 61-60-10 record, a .906 save percentage, and a 3.01 goals-against average.
