The Penguins need Sidney Crosby to stay hot as they prepare for Game 6.
After losing each of the first three games of their first-round series to the Philadelphia Flyers, the Pittsburgh Penguins responded with back-to-back wins. With this, the Penguins now have momentum heading into Game 6 and will be looking to tie the series up at 3-3 with a victory.
A big reason for the Penguins getting back into this series has been Sidney Crosby heating back up. After posting just one assist in his first three games of the series, the Penguins' star forward has responded with back-to-back two-point games.
In Game 4 against the Flyers, Crosby recorded a goal and an assist. He then had two assists in the Penguins' 3-2 win over the Flyers in Game 5, which included him picking up the primary helper on Kris Letang's game-winning goal.
The Penguins will now be hoping that Crosby can continue to make a big impact offensively for them in Game 6. They will need No. 87 on his A-game if they hope to win Game 6 and force a Game 7 against the Flyers. It will be fascinating to see what happens on that front from here.
