The Penguins will be hoping that this forward can break through his cold streak in Game 6.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are facing off against the Philadelphia Flyers in a big Game 6 matchup. The Penguins will be looking to keep their season alive by picking up a third straight victory and tying the series up at 3-3. However, if the Penguins lose, their playoff run will officially be over.

If the Penguins hope to keep their playoff run alive, they are going to need their top players to all be on their A-game in Game 6. This undoubtedly includes forward Yegor Chinakhov, as the 25-year-old forward has started off the postseason on a cold streak.

Chinakhov has zero points in five playoff games so far this postseason. When noting that he had 18 goals, 18 assists, and 36 points in 43 games with the Penguins this regular season, he is undoubtedly capable of being an impactful offensive contributor. Now, he will be looking to be just that in Game 6 for the Penguins from here.

If Chinakhov can heat back up offensively, it would be significant for the Penguins. Let's see if he does just that from here.
