The Pittsburgh Penguins announced the roster and details of the 2024 Development Camp, which starts July 6.

Pittsburgh Penguins fans, mark your calendars; this year's Development Camp will take place this weekend, July 6 to 10, at UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry. 

According to the team's press release, 48 skaters will attend camp, including the entire 2024 Draft class, headlined by second-rounder (44th overall) Harrison Brunicke

The rest of this year's draftees include:

  • Tanner Howe (46th overall)
  • Chase Pietila (111th overall)
  • Joona Vaisanen (175th overall)
  • Mac Swanson (207th overall)
  • Finn Harding (223rd overall)

Here's an in-depth look at some other big-name prospects who will be strapping on their gear for another development camp:

  • Brayden Yager (14th overall, 2023)
  • Owen Pickering (21st overall, 2022)
  • Tristian Broz (58th overall, 2021)

The first on-ice sessions begin on Saturday and end on Wednesday with a tournament. All ice slots are open to the public. 

Each day begins with the goalie groups, followed by three-player sessions. Tuesday is the shortest day, with just a goalie and player group. 

The development camp tournament is the only item on the docket for Wednesday, which starts at noon.
