The Pittsburgh Penguins are set to host their annual prospect development camp.
PITTSBURGH – The preseason schedule for the Pittsburgh Penguins is beginning to take shape. Not long after the 2024 NHL Draft in Las Vegas, the Penguins will host their annual Prospect Development Camp.
From July 6-10, the top prospects in the Penguins system will put in work at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry. The final day of camp will conclude with a 4-on-4 tournament.
A full roster will not be released until after the Draft, but top prospects like Owen Pickering and Brayden Yager are slated to be there. NCAA champion Tristan Broz and recently acquired Ville Koivunen will also be in attendance.
The Penguins prospects will also host a dek hockey clinic at the new DICK’s House of Sport at Ross Park Mall. The Boys and Girls Club, plus the Special Olympics Dek Hockey team, will also be in attendance distributing equipment.
