William Karlsson will make his season debut for the Vegas Golden Knights against the San Jose Sharks tonight. 

Karlsson has played 36 career games against the Sharks and 31 with the Golden Knights. In those 31 games, Karlsson has ten goals and 19 assists. In 13 playoff games against the Sharks, Karlsson has five goals and eight assists, including an overtime winner. 

His most iconic goal against the Sharks was a between-the-legs shot for his 42nd goal of the 2019 season. He finished the season with a career-high 43 goals.

San Jose is the last team in the NHL to win a game, and the addition of Karlsson, who is a terrific two-way forward, adds to the challenge.
