Macklin Celebrini's rise to superstardom continued on Tuesday, when his goal late in the second period made him a 30-goal scorer for the first time in his career.

Celebrini has had a phenomenal sophomore season for the San Jose Sharks. At just 19 years of age, he's currently fifth in the NHL in total points, and sits just outside the top-10 for goal scoring. While his point totals aren't quite to the level of Connor McDavid, Nathan MacKinnon or Nikita Kucherov just yet, he's rapidly closing the gap.

Celebrini became just the 15th player this season to hit the 30-goal plateau, and it's certainly possible that he'll hit 40 before the season comes to an end. He's garnered the praise of coaches and players leaguewide, earned an opportunity to represent his country at the Olympics, and is a household name in the NHL at just 19 years old.

He also recorded an assist earlier in the game, picking up a secondary assist on Collin Graf's game-tying goal in the first period.

The sky is truly the limit for Celebrini, and it'll be a wonder to see what he can accomplish over the next two decades.
