San Jose Sharks top prospect Quentin Musty was reportedly snubbed of an invite to Team USA's World Junior Championship roster before he suffered a broken hand.
Musty's tumultuous season was undone by trade drama and now an injury. While his injury would have prevented him from playing at the 2025 IIHF World Junior Championship, it is concerning that he didn't receive an invite to Team USA's roster selection camp.
In 11 games for the Sudbury Wolves, Musty had eight goals and 12 assists. He sat out the first part of the season as he sought a trade.
