Teams across the Bay Area collaborate pretty regularly with their Bay Area Unite games and the like. Sunday afternoon was no different as Timo Werner of the San Jose Earthquakes in the MLS made an appearance at the San Jose Sharks game against the Winnipeg Jets.
Werner recently signed with the Earthquakes, joining the organization from RB Leipzig of the German Bundesliga in January. The night before, Werner made his debut for the Quakes when they took on Atlanta United. He picked up an assist in the process.
Since Werner is expected to be in the Bay Area through 2028, there's a good chance this won't be the last time we see him at the Shark Tank.
