The San Jose Sharks have had an interesting start to their season. They lost the first six games in a row. But since they have a record of 7-6-3, and played some very good hockey.
They've also been fairly lucky on the injury front. There has been a few injuries, but still a manageable amount that has allowed them to continue playing well.
The Sharks' first round pick in the 2025 NHL draft, Michael Misa was hurt during practice last week and now was place on the injury reverse (IR) listed as week-to-week.
William Eklund was hurt against the Florida Panthers on Saturday night and has been placed on the IR. His injury has been listed as a lower body.
Obviously, there is also Carey Price who isn't going to return to hockey at all. But, he is still listed on their IR.
