
The San Jose Sharks have announced that they have recalled forward Pavol Regenda from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Jose Barracuda.
Regenda has played in 28 games this season with the Barracuda, where he has recorded four goals, eight assists, 12 points, and 16 penalty minutes. This is after he had 13 goals, 28 assists, and 41 points in 72 games split between the San Diego Gulls and Barracuda during this past season.
Regenda has played in two games this season with the Sharks, where he has scored two goals and recorded three hits. Now, the 6-foot-3 forward will be looking to impress after landing this latest call-up to the Sharks' roster from here.
Regenda will now provide the Sharks with another forward to work with on their NHL roster with this call-up. It will be interesting to see how much of an impact he can make with San Jose.
In 21 career NHL games over three seasons split between the Anaheim Ducks and Sharks, Regenda has posted three goals, two assists, five points, 22 hits, and a minus-6 rating.
