The 2 PM deadline has passed, and the San Jose Sharks have announced which players received a qualifying offer, and who didn't.

Collin Graf and Shakir Mukhamadullin were unsurprisingly tendered qualifying offers, which allows the Sharks to retain their rights while they negotiate with the restricted free agents.

Graf is not offer sheet eligible, meaning he can only negotiate with the Sharks. Mukhamadullin on the other hand, is eligible to negotiate with other teams who can attempt to sign him to an offer sheet. With that being said, the Sharks have the option to match any deal that he accepts with another team and if they choose not to, they'll receive compensation based on his new salary.

The Sharks opted not to extend a qualifying offer to Philipp Kurashev after one season. Kurashev, who spent the entirety of his career in Chicago before coming to San Jose, scored seven goals and 13 assists in 43 games for the Sharks.

Kurashev was a healthy scratch on multiple occasions, and never seemed to regain the form that the Sharks were hoping for. He was an effective player defensively, but didn't play on the penalty kill. All-in-all, he could be a player who finds another opportunity in the NHL, but the Sharks' logjam of forwards didn't work in his favor. Now, for the second straight summer, Kurashev will hit the free agent market on July 1.

As for players in the Sharks' farm system, goaltender Gabriel Carriere and Noah Beck were also not offered qualifying offers.
