The San Jose Sharks are in Boston, as they prepare to take on the Boston Bruins at the TD Garden tonight.
The Sharks have lost three straight entering tonight's contest, although two of those losses came in overtime earning them a couple of points in the process. As of now, they're just a single point behind the Seattle Kraken for the final Wild Card spot in the Western Conference, but things can change quickly.
As for the Bruins, they've been winning quite a few games lately, but they haven't been able to string any of them together. After each of their last five wins, they've lost the following game. The Bruins most recently picked up a victory against the Los Angeles Kings in their last outing.
Pavel Zacha has been playing very well for the Bruins as of late, scoring four goals in their last five games. Meanwhile, projected starting goaltender for Boston, Jeremy Swayman, has won each of his last three starts.
For those in the Bay Area, the game will be broadcast on NBC Sports California. It'll be available on NESN in New England, and on Sportsnet for those north of the border.
