Sunrise, FL - Seattle Kraken Captain Jordan Eberle was back in the lineup on Saturday after being sidelined for 14 weeks recovering from pelvic surgery and assisted his team in a 2-1 victory against the Panthers in Florida.
Kaapo Kakko netted a power-play goal in the first period, assisted by Matty Beniers and Shane Wright.
Jared McCann’s goal in the third period gave Seattle the 2-1 lead.
Shane Wright had a stellar performance, earning two points for his assists on each Kraken goal. Starting goalie Joey Daccord made 26 saves.
The Kraken face the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sunday at 6PM EST / 3PM PST.
