    Philadelphia, PA – Philipp Grubauer returned to the net for the Seattle Kraken on Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia, making his first appearance since his conditioning loan with the Coachella Valley Firebirds. Grubauer posted a solid 5-2 record in seven games with the Firebirds.

    Also rejoining the Kraken from their AHL affiliate was Tye Kartye, who scored the game-tying goal in the second period after the Flyers' Owen Tippett opened the scoring in the first.

    The disappointed Philadelphia crowd grew more agitated as the Kraken added two more goals in the second period. Matty Beniers fired a shot past Flyers goaltender Ersson, with Vince Dunn providing the assist to give Seattle a 2-1 lead. Chandler Stephenson then scored his 11th goal of the season to put the Kraken ahead.

    In the third period, Brandon Montour extended Seattle’s lead with a goal assisted by Beniers.
