
Minneapolis, MN - The Seattle Kraken are gearing up for a thrilling matchup against the Wild Wednesday night in Minnesota, following a 6-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks at United Center on Tuesday. Shane Wright scored two goals for the Kraken, who rallied from two goals down.
Seattle has won two straight games in the Twin Cities, including a 4-3 victory on April 18, 2024. The Kraken’s all-time record vs. Minnesota is 4-7-0, with a solid 3-2-0 mark on the road. The last meeting between the two teams was in Seattle on March 4th with the Wild winning 4-3 over the Kraken.
Tonight also marks a milestone for Jaden Schwartz, who will play in his 800th career NHL game. Schwartz leads active Kraken skaters with 14 goals, 29 points, and 15 assists, and has been particularly effective against the Wild.
