The Seattle Kraken have eight picks during day two of the 2024 NHL Draft.

The Kraken made their first-round pick and selected talented forward Berkly Catton with the eighth overall pick.

After trades with the New York Rangers, Toronto Maple Leafs and the Calgary Flames in the past, the Kraken have acquired additional second-round, third-round and seventh-round picks.

In the second round, the Kraken will make the 40th and 63rd selections. In the third round, they'll pick 73rd overall and 88th. Their only fourth-round pick will be the 105th overall before skipping the fifth round.

The Kraken will then select 169th overall in the sixth round before making back-to-back at 201 and 202 in the seventh round.

Day two of the NHL draft is usually filled with trades so the Kraken's current picks are subject to change. Teams will move picks to acquire more draft capital or move multiple picks to select a player they value very highly.

The Kraken have had success in recent years drafting in the second and third rounds and will hope to replicate it tomorrow.
