(10-31-26) Blues-Red Wings Gameday Lineup: Parayko Out
Oct 31, 2026 4:07 PM

Defenseman is listed as day-to-day with upper-body injury; Lindstein will play in his place

Colton Parayko will not be available for the St. Louis Blues (6-6-1), who kick off a four-game road trip on Saturday against the Detroit Red Wings (6-4-3) at noon (Blue Note+, ESPN 101,1-FM), with an upper-body injury.

The defenseman missed practice on Friday when after coach Jim Montgomery said he would list him as probable but would wait and see how Parayko reacted to stretching and preparation.

Parayko missed a portion of the first period of a 4-1 win against the Boston Bruins on Thursday but returned and played 17:31.

In his place, Theo Lindstein, who was recalled from Springfield of the American Hockey League on Friday, will jump into the lineup and play alongside Justin Barron, while Adam Jiricek will slide up and get the chance to play with Cam Fowler.
