    The Lightning have called up two of their players.

    The Tampa Bay Lightning have announced that they have recalled goaltender Matt Tomkins and forward Gage Goncalves from their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch. 

    Tomkins, 30, has a 6-8-3 record, a .900 save percentage, and a 2.87 goals-against average in 17 games this season with the Crunch. During the 2023-24 season, he made his first six NHL appearances, posting a 3-2-1 record, a 3.33 goals-against average, and a .892 save percentage.

    Goncalves, 24, has appeared in 28 games this season for the Bolts, recording one goal and three points. Down in the AHL with the Crunch, he has four goals and 14 points in 11 contests.
