The Tampa Bay Lightning are set to face off against the Nashville Predators on Monday (Oct. 28). This is a massive game, as it is the first time that Steven Stamkos will face the Lightning as an opponent.

Stamkos signed a four-year, $32 million contract with the Nashville Predators during this off-season. Stamkos made it clear that he wanted to stay in Tampa Bay, but a deal never came to fruition. As a result, the Lightning legend is now with Nashville, and it is something that fans are still having difficulty adjusting to.

This will be an emotional night for everyone involved. After being drafted first overall by the Lightning in 2008, Stamkos put together a spectacular 16-year tenure with the Lightning and will forever be one of their biggest all-time greats. He notably captained the Bolts to two Stanley Cup championships and is the franchise's all-time leader in games played (1,082), goals (555), and points (1,137).

It will now be fascinating to see what kind of game Stamkos has in his return to Tampa Bay.
