    The Lightning are back at Amalie Arena for their second matchup against the Ducks.

    Tampa Bay is back home for a quick two-game home stand after going 1-1-1 on their most recent road-trip. It’s been a busy month for the Bolts and the schedule doesn’t let up until the end of January. 

    Since beating the Lightning 4-1 on Jan 5., the Ducks have gone 1-3-1, scoring just 5 goals in total on their roadtrip. 

    Jon Cooper confirmed that Ryan McDonagh will play tonight, although he was not present at Morning Skate. The veteran defenseman left early in the third period on Tuesday after taking a puck to the face. Nick Paul was moved up to the second line in morning skate, with Conor Geekie centering Mitchell Chaffee and Cameron Atkinson.
