Tampa Bay Lightning star forward Jake Guentzel left the team's practice early on Tuesday (Dec. 3).
According to Eduardo A. Encina, Lightning assistant coach Jeff Blashill shared the club will know about Guentzel's status on Wednesday (Dec. 4).
Guentzel is one of the Lightning's top players, so the club will naturally hope that this is not something serious.

Guentzel has appeared in 23 games this season, where he has 10 goals, 22 points, and a plus-2 rating.
