The Tampa Bay Lightning will begin the 2025-26 season at home when they face the Ottawa Senators on October 9 at Amalie Arena.

The Bolts will open the season with two home games before heading out on a four-game road trip against Boston, Washington, Detroit, and Columbus.

Their busiest month comes in March, when they play 16 games over 29 days, including a season-high eight at AMALIE Arena, the most home games they will have in any single month.

The team’s longest road trip will span five games from January 10–18.

A highlight of the schedule comes on February 1, when the Lightning will take on the Boston Bruins in the 2026  NHL Stadium Series at Raymond James Stadium.

Here are some other key dates on the schedule:

Steven Stamkos will return to Tampa when the Lightning face the Nashville Predators on March 29.

The team will travel down to Sunrise, Florida for the first time on November 15 to face the Florida Panthers. The two teams will play each other twice in December, on the 15th and 27th.

Former first round pick Isaac Howard will visit Tampa on November 20 when the Lightning host the Edmonton Oilers.

Mikhail Sergachev will be back at Amalie Arena on January 26 with the Utah Mammoth.
