The Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman took to social media to share where he is at in his injury recovery.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have lost their last two games. The first against the Florida Panthers - in a game that both goaltenders probably want to forget. Their second loss came at the hands of the Ottawa Senators with former Lightning forward Mathieu Joseph scoring two goals, one of which was the game winner.

Their next game is against the Washington Capitals tomorrow night. The game presents an obviously opportunity to right the ship and get things going in the right direction.
On another positive note, it appears that Mikhail Sergachev is making progress in his injury rehabilitation. He took to social media earlier today to share a video of where he is at in his recovery.
On Sergachev's personal Instagram account he shared the above video. At the beginning of it you can see him walking around with the assistance of crutches. As the clip progresses you see him stretching it and walking without any assistance.

On a personal level, this is great news for Sergachev. For a season that has already gone sideways due to injury, it's good to see that his recovery is progressing.
There is no current set timeline for his return, although he is projected to miss the entire regular season at minimum. Regardless, we hope he has a full and speedy recovery.
