The Maple Leafs are 10-1-4 in their last 15 games, with their last regulation loss coming on Nov. 25 against the Penguins.

Joseph Woll was on a roll but now the Toronto Maple Leafs will be without him for the next little while. What does this mean for Ilya Samsonov?

It's another matchup between the Maple Leafs and New York Rangers, just a week after Toronto's 7-3 win in the Big Apple.

The return of Auston Matthews is imminent after he missed Saturday's 7-0 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins with an illness. Only five of Toronto's 18 players were held off the scoresheet on the weekend, making for a big night from the entire team.

It was a huge game for Toronto-born Max Domi, who had a goal and two assists in a levitated role on Saturday. With Matthews out, the 28-year-old centered Toronto's second line with Matthew Knies and Mitch Marner.

Going into Tuesday's game, though, some lineup decisions are still up in the air. TJ Brodie skated briefly before practice on Monday as he continues to recover from the flu bug.

Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe said Brodie isn't bouncing back as quickly as others have, but he's hopeful the defenseman will get into the lineup on Tuesday.

UPDATE: TJ Brodie is expected to play as is Matthews. The defensive lineup will look like:

Rielly-Brodie
McCabe-Liljegren
Lagesson-Timmins

Where to watch

In the Maple Leafs' region, the game will be on TSN4. For the rest of Canada, the matchup will be streamed on Sportsnet+. If you're in the United States, MSGSN will have the game in the New York City area. The remainder of the country can stream it on ESPN+ or Fubo Sports US.

The game can be streamed on NHL Live for the rest of the world. Puck drop is scheduled for just after 7:00 p.m. ET.
