In September, the Leafs will take on the Canadiens in a pair of pre-season games.
The 2024 Stanley Cup has yet to be awarded, but that hasn't stopped at least one NHL from revealing their pre-season schedule for the 2024-2025 season.
The Montreal Canadiens revealed their entire pre-season schedule on Wednesday and as expected, there are a pair of games against the Toronto Maple Leafs on the schedule.
The Canadiens are set to visit the Maple Leafs on Sep. 26 and then host the Maple Leafs a couple of days later.
The Maple Leafs have historically played against the Montreal Canadiens for at least two pre-season games on an annual basis. Last season, the Leafs and Canadiens had three pre-season games against each other.
It's quite early for an NHL team to release their pre-season schedule. The Leafs released last year's pre-season schedule in July and there is no word when they may release this year's schedule.
But if you are a planner and want to book a Leafs pre-season trip in advance to Montreal, consider yourself lucky.
