Maple Leafs defenseman Simon Benoit is yet again expressing his love for milk.
The 25-year-old revealed earlier this year that he drinks a glass of milk every day before bed. On Wednesday, Benoit posted a video to Instagram, sharing what he does after he arrives home from a game.

"I get home, change, get into a more relaxed attire, just try to put myself into a calm headspace," he said while wearing a Dairy Farmers of Ontario milk shirt.
"And then from there, I'll be chilling with the dogs and then, especially before going to bed, if I feel like I need something I'll just pour myself a good glass of milk. I'll fill this [glass] up and I'll pretty much just chug it."
Benoit first expressed his love for milk on the Mitts Off Podcast with Luke Gazdic. When discussing the Maple Leafs' newest jersey sponsor, the Dairy Farmers of Ontario, the defenseman joked he should be sponsored too.
"If I don't have my big glass of milk at home before going to bed, I won't sleep," Benoit added.
Benoit was also a part of the Maple Leafs' digital series, 'Blue Room' and was tasked with blind-tasting five glasses of milk and putting them in the right order. He completed the task, and jokingly said: "Yeah, I drink way too much milk."

Benoit joined the Maple Leafs on a one-year, $775,000 contract last summer. He began the season in the AHL with the Toronto Marlies before returning to the NHL and not turning back.
His strong play didn't go unnoticed by management in Toronto and Benoit signed a three-year, $4.05 million extension, which carries an annual average value of $1.35 million, on Mar. 29.
