Second-round playoff tickets at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida go on sale Monday morning and a disclaimer on Ticketmaster's website says that credit card purchases from non-U.S. credit card billing addresses will be canceled and refunds will be given.
This is a common tactic used for sporting events to ensure that as many home fans fill the arena as possible. The limit of U.S. credit card purchases though is an odd way to go about it.
