It turns out both Tie and Max Domi were at the show on Thursday evening. The two even got a chance to meet Malone after, with Tie gifting the rapper a signed jersey.
"What a night. What a show." Max Domi in an Instagram post. "Thanks for having us Posty!"
In early July, Domi signed a one-year deal with the Maple Leafs worth $3 million. The 28-year-old forward grew up in Toronto while his father played for the Maple Leafs from 1995-2006.
"It's no secret that Toronto's my hometown," the 28-year-old said one day after signing with the Maple Leafs.
"It just really excited me to come home and play with guys like Auston (Matthews), and Mitch (Marner), and John (Tavares), and Willy (Nylander), and all these great players. Morgan (Rielly) as well. There's so much talent and it's a great team.
"I always love coming to play here on the road. It was a no-brainer for me."
