The NHL is bringing back the Stanley Pup competition, where each team is represented by an adoptable puppy who will compete on the ice to help promote dog adoptions.

With that, meet Logan Drooly—the Utah Mammoth’s official pup. Drooly is a 14-week-old Husky/Shepherd mix full of personality.

Utah forward Alex Kerfoot will be one of eight NHL players introducing the pups during the show. The 90-minute special kicks off June 6 and will air through June 9 following Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final.

Celebrity guests appearing include Tim Allen, Cedric the Entertainer, Cheri Oteri, George Lopez, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Bublé, Nikki Glaser, Paula Abdul, and Will Reeve.

The Stanley Pup began last year with 16 teams participating. In 2025, the NHL has expanded the event to include all 32 teams, bringing even more attention to dog adoption efforts.

Best of luck to all the pups in this year’s competition.
